Monday, June 22, we spent the day at La Côte Saint André to close our school year.

After a frenzied game beret, we visited the chocolate museum. Anne-Laure Jouvenal explained the origins of chocolate and different stage in its transformation to the products found in the shop.

We did three tastings and saw a film tracing the history of Jouvenal and chocolate.

Then we walked through the village to a park where we had a picnic and make a treasure hunt around the 5 senses and chocolate. We all had a chocolate bar and a chocolate croissant to reward us for our efforts!

After making our purchases in the chocolate factory, we returned tired but very happy with this day!
